Crowdbotics is a new way to build software using modular parts and a visual build tool.

As our Marketplace Resource Manager you’ll be responsible for leading the recruitment team by giving them the guidance and direction needed to continuously grow and improve our software/ project delivery process. This will ensure a premium customer experience, while catalyzing growth and profitability, maximizing service, and optimizing productivity for Crowdbotics.

This position will report to the Marketplace Recruiting Operations Manager.


  • Liaising with the internal stakeholders around process and strategy
  • Steering and managing the team leaders to reach the recruitment targets
  • Translating recruitment needs to the rest of the recruitment team and discussing feasibility
  • Taking ownership and improving recruitment processes as well as communicating to the teams accordingly
  • Partner cross-functionally, build and maintain strong/close relationships within to share best practices
  • Liaising with our vendor partners to understand how to build better processes with on-boarding and management.
  • Understand how to automate and productize certain processes, internally.


  • Experience leading and coaching a senior team by actively seeking information, listening to key constituents, understanding what needs to be achieved and influencing change, when needed
  • 3+ years' work experience, preferably in a recruitment agency
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team members
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, internally and externally
  • The ability to multitask with an awareness of tight deadlines
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences
