Crowdbotics is a new way to build software using modular parts and a visual build tool.

As one of our Recruiters, you will work with managers and directors to source for our marketing, sales and engineering teams. You will have familiarity with some technical languages (even if you're not technical per se), open to video screening, phone screening and have worked in a fast paced environment. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

You will report to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Review and revise job descriptions and posting on career websites and job boards
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Conduct interviews via Google Meet and/or Zoom
  • Assist managers and team members with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews
  • Schedule interviews with managers and team members using their calendars
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Attend virtual job fairs and careers events


Requirements:

  • 3+ years work experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-growth technology company
  • Experience sourcing/interviewing for VP level candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet
  • Ability to use candidate assessment tools
